Karina Barbieri Cróquer,
I am Florida Paralegal (in progress) by Florida International University, USA. I am also a Venezuelan lawyer with a Master's degree in Commercial Law and extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, compliance, and business management. My career began as an Associate Lawyer in an important traditional Law Firm and continued as Regional Lawyer for the multinational Tetra Pak, where I managed legal operations across the North Andean Region (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador) and the Central American and Caribbean Region reporting to Brazil and Sweden.
In Venezuela, I founded tugestoria.com, a business management platform designed to help companies navigate the complexities of acquiring multiple permits and licenses within rapid regulatory changes. Later, I established KBC Legal Management, a firm specializing in managing corporate legal teams and outsourcing legal services in corporate, commercial, and institutional law. I also provided comprehensive solutions for processing licenses, registrations, and compliance with public office requirements.
I have developed legal frameworks to facilitate the marketing of goods and services, advised clients on new business ventures, designed corporate policies, and streamlined commercial transactions.
Miami Experience
For nearly 20 years, I have successfully owned and operated commercial businesses in Miami, specializing in food and beverage products. My work has included obtaining licenses for businesses and managing permits for large-scale events, giving me hands-on expertise in local compliance and regulatory processes.
Special Skills-
Regional standardization of trade policies within the legal parameters of each jurisdiction; Verification of compliance with corporate policies.
